I am 38 years old. I live in New Mexico on the Pueblo of Laguna Reservation located about 60 miles west of Albuquerque, New Mexico. I am currently finishing my 23rd year as an artist and always try to better myself. When I started out, family saw my potential and pushed me to improve on my talent. When my HS teachers saw the potential of my talent, they persuaded me to continue my career. To this day, I have always taught myself other forms of art. I work in Pastels, Graphite, Acrylic, Watercolor, Oils, Chalk, Colored Pencils and Pen & Ink; then I have the inclination to use crayons if no other medium is available.

However, when I entered college. The Advisers and Teachers had no place for me in courses. (They believed I was too advanced for basics and not advanced enough for the advanced courses, so I studied Computer Science.) I always wanted to enter the Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) in Santa Fe, NM and Collins College of Design in Tempe, AR. but as I am apart of a low-income family, I done the only thing I could do and entered community college.

Currently I am teaching myself to perform Portraiture because I've always been asked to try, so I am working on it. I have done Tattoo Flash, Landscapes, Animals, Calligraphy, Floral and Fauna, Fantasy & Pinups. I also am currently working on Publishing several books of Poetry and a novel titled, "A Summer's Trip". Since early in my career, I have always wanted to be published, but the added benefit of this is that I get to illustrate my own masterpiece.
